Prices remain the same from 1st. April until 31st October, from 1st. November until 31st. March all en-suite rooms are £25 per person per night. 

If you decide to make this your base for exploring, Inverness is a three-quarter hour journey North, Fort William is three-quarter hour journey South, a two hour journey takes you up to Skye and gives you the chance to drop into beautiful Plockton on the way.

BOOKING CONDITIONS

A confirmation e-mail is all that is needed to secure your booking, payment accepted on arrival thank you. If you are running (cycling/walking/stuck in traffic) late, give us a quick call to let us know, however, if you still have not arrived by 19:00 hrs., we will have to let the room go to some other weary traveller. If you need to cancel even at short notice, please give us a quick call or e-mail.

Rooms can be occupied from 4 p.m. (16:00 hrs.) and after but, if you are walking/cycling and arrive earlier, try the doorbell and if we are in, we can keep your luggage and let you start exploring burden-free. Rooms to be vacated by 10:00 hrs. but walkers/cyclists  can leave any heavy luggage until you re-commence your travels later in the day.

We know accidents can happen..... broken cup.... spilt juice etc. but tell us when it happens and we can clean up or sort it out immediately, serious damage will incur a charge.

At the moment we only accept payment by cash or cheque, there are 2 cash machines nearby.
